I Haven't received a tracking number for my order, what happened?
After your order has been processed, packed, and dropped off to be shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing a tracking number. If you haven't received anything after three days of having placed your order, please e-mail us at email@example.com
How long does it take for the order to be processed?
It takes two business days from the date you placed your order to process an order and ensure that payment has gone through.
Can I return an item that was on sale?
All items marked as sale cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. They also cannot be exchanged for a different color, size, or style. No exceptions will be made for sale returns. If you have questions, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
Will you match the price if something I ordered is now on sale?
We are sorry to hear this, but price matching is not applicable. Please ensure that before you purchase your sale items, you are sure that these are the pieces you want.
What is your online return policy?
For online orders, we accept stuff in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. You have 30 days from the original purchase date to return the item(s) to us. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. Please note that sale items are final sales and will not be exchanged.
Can everything be returned?
No. Only apparel can be returned if in the same condition as it was when received. Beauty items such as eye lashes cannot be returned.
What if I need to exchange something for a different size or color?
We do accept exchanges for ill fitting garments as it is in our philosophy that every garment should fit to perfection. However we do not accept exchanges for different colors. If you would like to exchange the item for a different color, please return the original item for a full return and place a new order.
Is there a fee for returns?
In the case of returns, you are 100% responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to use. A small handling and restocking fee may apply to the returns.
PREORDER/SOLD OUT ITEMS
Can I preorder any of the items?
At this time we do not offer preordering. However, we do keep a vast stock of all of our items. So no worries, there are plenty of pieces for everyone to enjoy!
If the item that I want is sold out in the size/color that I want, what do I do?
If the item that you are looking for is currently sold out, please give us a couple of days to restock the merchandise. As soon as we have the item, we will put it back on the website. Note that a lot of our items are LIMITED which means that this is the only amount available.
When will you restock?
Depending on the item, it usually takes us a week to restock. If you would like to further inquire about a specific item, please e-mail us to learn more.
Do you offer plus sizes?
Yes, we do offer plus sizes! We absolutely love to cater to those women with beautiful curves. If you have any questions about special sizing or the item you want is not available in your size, please feel free to e-mail us at email@example.com
